We’re excited to announce that The Letting Partnership (TLP) has recently become part of Lofty Inc, a leading US based real-estate software group with a strong UK presence through LoftyWorks.
While we will continue to deliver the same market-leading services to the letting industry that we have done for the last 10 years, as part of Lofty we will benefit from more resources to expand our services and upgrade our technology platform.
For example, in the US, Lofty Inc serves more than 60,000 agents in the US, with its market leading CRM automation platform for the real-estate market. Lofty has a substantial engineering team of several hundred staff and will bring those resources and its tech know-how to help boost how TLP does business.
This means in the short and medium term that we will be improving our customer service experience, our speed of processing rent and our range of compliance solutions.
Looking further ahead, we have exciting plans to introduce new and improved solutions for our clients, so watch this space!
