Congratulations to Chris Mason who has been appointed as our Director of Operations at The Letting Partnership.
Chris first joined us as Client Accounting Service Manager almost four years ago and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2019.
Since then, he’s been a senior member of our management team, helping to lead the business during the pandemic and manage our employees as they worked remotely at times.
He arrived with extensive and impressive industry experience, having previously been employed in both the Client Accounts and Office Accounts team at Leaders Romans Group head office, where he worked for 10 years.
Now as Director of Operations, he will be building on our strong management team and positioning our award-winning business for future success.

He will take the lead on delivering client accounting and Financial HealthChecks to agents, while working with organisations such as HMRC and Trading Standards to champion good practice in the industry.
We caught up with Chris this week to find out he feels about his exciting new promotion. He said: “I’m so excited to take on this role and help take our business to the next level.
“We are forecasting 50 per cent growth this year and demand for our services has never been higher.
“I love motivating our exceptional team of specialists, many of whom have a background in the letting industry, so they really understand our clients’ needs from the ground up.
“It’s such a privilege to have the opportunity to lead and support them. I am very proud of them.
“It’s also fantastic to work for a business which has just won a Queen’s Award for Enterprise, which recognised us for excellence in innovation for our Client Money Healthchecks.”
He added: “I cannot wait to see where this exciting journey takes us.
“We know we provide a vital service for letting agents, who after all, don’t get into the business because they want to be accountants.
